Refund policy

At Best Pet Retailers, we want you to shop with confidence. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Since our products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return, contact us at bestpetretailers@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
